The GMKtec K12 Mini PC is powered by a custom AMD Ryzen 7 H255 processor, which surpasses the performance of the Ryzen 7 8745HS model. The octa-core and sixteen-threaded unit, clocked at up to 4.9 GHz and with a 16 MB cache, easily handles multitasking and compute-intensive workloads. With a TDP range of 35-54 watts, it achieves the perfect balance between performance and energy efficiency. The device comes with Windows 11 Pro installed. It is also compatible with Linux.

Impressive performance with Ryzen 7 H255

High computing power is provided by the AMD Ryzen 7 H255 processor, whose performance surpasses the Ryzen 7 8745HS, 7840HS and 6800H models. Eight cores and sixteen threads, clocked at up to 4.9 GHz and 16 MB of cache memory guarantee smooth operation of demanding applications and multitasking without performance drops. The chip is made using TSMC's 4 nm lithography, and with a TDP of 54 watts, the PC offers stable operation even under heavy load.

The powerful AMD Radeon 780M chip provides smooth operation of games and graphics programs, offering performance comparable to dedicated GPU cards. Note, however, that the OCuLink port does not support hot-plug functionality, so connecting or disconnecting the card should be done with the computer turned off.

The computer maintains a constant transmission speed and high responsiveness, ensuring smooth operation in all conditions. Using Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2 technology, the GMKtec K12 offers fast and stable connections in all conditions. The new Wi-Fi standard provides speeds of up to 2,500 Mbps, 37% higher than Wi-Fi 6, which translates into lightning-fast data transfers and low latency for online gaming. Bluetooth 5.2, on the other hand, works 2.5 times faster than version 4.2, guaranteeing stable communication with peripherals such as headphones, keyboards and controllers.

Easy memory and disk expansion

The design of the GMKtec K12 has been developed for simplicity of upgrades and maximum flexibility. With easy access to components, you can expand your computer's capabilities in a matter of moments by mounting up to three M.2 2280 PCIe 4.0 SSDs with a total capacity of up to 24TB (max. 8TB per slot). In addition, two DDR5 5600 MHz SO-DIMM slots support up to 128 GB of RAM (max. 64 GB per slot), allowing you to customize your configuration for the most demanding applications - from working with large files to advanced graphics and computing projects.

The heat dissipation system combines two fans with a copper base to ensure stable operation for up to 72 hours at 70W TDP load. The convection airflow design increases cooling efficiency by as much as 200% compared to classic Tower PCs, while maintaining a chassis that is only 1/50th their size. Intelligent system fans and thoughtful airflow distribution maintain optimal component temperatures, while RGB backlighting adds a modern, striking touch. Depending on the task at hand, the GMKtec K12 allows you to switch seamlessly between three operating modes, offering the perfect balance of silence, temperature and performance. In Quiet mode (35-40 W TDP), the computer runs almost silently, Balanced (54-60 W TDP) provides stable power for everyday tasks, and Performance (65-70 W TDP) takes full advantage of the processor's potential in games and system-heavy applications.
