GMKtec K8 Plus is a compact high-end mini PC that combines high computing performance with mobility and functionality. It features an AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS 8-core processor clocked at up to 5.1GHz, integrated Radeon 780M graphics, and ultra-fast DDR5 5600MHz RAM for smooth operation in office, graphics, multimedia and software applications. It also offers a fast 1TB NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD and Windows 11 Pro, so it's ready to go right out of the box. The device supports up to four screens at 8K resolution, WiFi 6 connectivity, Bluetooth 5.2 and has multiple ports. All enclosed in a small form factor with quiet and efficient active cooling.
High CPU performance
The AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS processor uses a 4 nm architecture, offering 8 cores and 16 threads, and clocked at up to 5.1 GHz. With 16 MB of L3 cache and a TDP of 54W, it provides stable computing power even under intense load. In Geekbench tests, it performs better than many higher-end models, offering +24% single-threaded performance and +27% in multi-threaded mode.
Integrated Radeon graphics
The AMD Radeon 780M graphics used, clocked at 2,800 MHz, provides support for multiple monitors and allows smooth operation in graphics editing, streaming and less demanding games. With this card, the device remains energy-efficient and compact without the need for a dedicated GPU.
Ultra-fast USB 4.0 interface
The two USB-C 4.0 ports support transfers of up to 40 Gbps, Power Delivery charging, data transfer and audio/video (DisplayPort) signals. This allows you to connect modern 4K monitors, high-speed external drives or use a single cable for power and data transfer - with full support for DP Alt Mode technology. In addition, the computer is equipped with an OcuLink port (PCIe 4.0 ×4), which allows you to connect an external graphics card (eGPU). Note: the interface does not support hot swap, so devices must be connected when the PC is turned off.
Support for up to four screens
The GMKtec K8 Plus mini PC allows simultaneous connection of as many as four displays via HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 2.1 and two USB 4.0. All ports support 8K resolution at 60 Hz, allowing you to build an expanded workstation or presentation stand while maintaining the compact size of the device itself.
Dual-channel DDR5 memory
Installed 32 GB of 5600 MHz DDR5 RAM in two SO-DIMM slots provides high bandwidth and stable performance. The device supports up to 96 GB of memory, making it also suitable for virtual machines, video editing and large graphics projects.
Fast and capacious SSD
The computer offers two slots for M.2 2280 NVMe PCIe 4.0 drives, supporting up to 8 TB of total space. The installed 1TB drive guarantees high read and write speeds, which reduces boot times for systems, applications and files, and supports fast transfers when working with large data sets.
Stable connectivity
Two RJ45 2.5G LAN ports based on the Intel i225V chipset provide stable transfers of up to 2,500 Mbps, which significantly improves efficiency when working with servers, databases or during streaming. The ports support speeds of 10/100/1000/2500 Mbps and enable classic network connection. In addition, the mini PC supports WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 for wireless communication.
Efficient active cooling
The new generation Hyper Ice Chamber 2.0 cooling system consists of two low-noise fans (top and bottom), a heat sink and heat pipes. The cooling has been optimized for SSDs and RAM. The 35W/54W/65W/70W modes allow you to adjust the performance and noise level to suit your current needs.
Compact design
With dimensions of just 13.2 × 13 × 5.9 cm and support for VESA mini PC mounting, the GMKtec K8 Plus will easily fit behind a monitor or in a laptop bag. It's lightweight, portable and ready to go anywhere from the office to the studio or home workstation.
